Coming Up Next

The title for the next release will be Renewal.

Renewal is a contemporary romance about a woman, Grace Channing, who has lost her husband and has decided that her renewal lies in her home town. Once there, she has to rebuild her relationship with her sister, who is now a grown woman with a child of her own. She has to start from the bottom at a new job where her old college boyfriend is her team leader. In addition, she has to battle a sexually harassing boss and defuse a very competitive co-worker. On top of everything, her childhood friend, Morris, is trying desperately to get her attention and reach her heart, but romance is the last thing she wants.

Can Grace find solace in the very place where her life began? Or will her upside down world plummet farther every day? Can she regain her footing and start again, or will she be forever lost in her husband's death? Can she love again? Will she allow herself to?

Check back soon for the unveiling of the book cover!

Thank you Western Kentucky!

L to R: Edward Van, Tabitha Short, Gary S.
For the past week I've been holding book signings and meet and greets in Western Kentucky. I've met a ton of wonderful people and have been able to reconnect with old friends and family.

I would like to thank Books on Main in Hopkinsville, Ky., Readmore Books in the Madison Square Mall in Madisonville, Ky., Van's Book & Music Exchange in Greenville, Ky., and the Madisonville City Library at the Madison Square Mall in Madisonville, Ky. for housing these events and encouraging their customers to attend. I had a great time with all of you and have started some amazing relationships.

I'd also like to thank internet news source surfky.com and local newspaper the Greenville Leader for their coverage of the events. I hope to return to the area in Janaury for speaking engagements and more book signings. Thank you, Western Kentucky, for your southern hospitality, your love, and your support for my work.
